University of Illinois Cancer Survey Opportunity

February 27, 2018

Are you a cancer survivor or have you ever been a caregiver of someone with cancer? The University of Illinois at Chicago needs your help! They are conducting a study to understand the experiences of cancer survivors and caregivers in rural Illinois. Two surveys are available for individuals that live in a rural part of Illinois and are 18 years of age or older. Each survey may take 30-45 minutes to complete and you will receive a gift card for your time. To learn more, please select a survey that pertains to you.

  1. Are you or someone you know a cancer survivor? Or have you or someone you know ever been a caregiver of someone with cancer?
  2. Are you an African American who is a cancer survivor or have you ever been a caregiver to someone with cancer?
  3. Are you a man who is a cancer survivor or have you ever been a caregiver of a cancer patient?
