The Illinois Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan was developed by the Illinois Cancer Partnership (ICP) and its state cancer plan work group and work sub-groups. The overarching goal of the ICP is to reduce cancer incidence and mortality by addressing areas across the cancer continuum from primary prevention to survivorship and palliative care.
