Coronavirus Disease Update for Kendall County

April 10, 2020

The Kendall County Health Department (KCHD) is reporting new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID19) and new persons in recovery, bringing the total cases to 96 and in-recovery to 39.

We would like to express our gratefulness to all those working on the inside of this Coronavirus Pandemic. So many people are providing critical assistance; EMS / Fire, hospital / ER, congregate care, emergency management, law enforcement, community schools, faith leadership, public officials, and many community volunteers. We appreciate all your care in helping to keep our community safe. We would like to thank all those community members and local businesses / organizations that are benevolently promoting social distancing for the sake of others. We would also like to thank our food services / stores and other essential services for ensuring that the services and goods we need are accessible to us. Finally, we would like to thank our own public health staff and Board of Health for caring consideration given to others; that we must all together continue to apply in the challenging days ahead.
