What is WIC
WIC stands for Women, Infants, and Children. It is a supplemental food program that provides nutrition information and free foods to help mothers, babies and children get the nutrients they need for proper growth and development.
Am I Eligible for WIC?
If you are:
- a pregnant woman
- are breastfeeding (up to one year after giving birth)
- are a parent, guardian, or caretaker of an infant or child younger than 5 years of age
If your income:
- is within WIC guidelines (click here to see current income levels for the WIC program)
Your First Appointment (Phone only at this time due to COVID-19)
For your first phone appointment, please have ready:
- Proof of income - last two paycheck stubs, income tax forms, Medical card, or Link Card
- Proof of address - a recent utility bill or piece of mail dated within the past 60 days
- Proof of birth for infants and children
- Your child's most recent / updated immunization record
